TO BOOK To book your appointment in advance. A $25 non-refundable deposit will be be required at the time of booking. This non-refundable deposit secures your appointment and will go toward your service the day of. With no deposit in place, your appointment is not reserved. CONFORMATION TEXT 48 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a reminder text. Please confirm your appointment at that time. Otherwise I will assume you will not be coming. My cancellation policy will apply in this process. CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to cancel or reschedule, please text me within 48 hours of your appointment time. This respectfully gives me a chance to fit someone else in. Failure to give 48 hours notice will result in forfeiting your deposit as well as no showing. If you reschedule within 48 hours the fee will be transferable. Same day cancellation and no shows will be expected to pay 50% of the service. LATE POLICY A 10 minute grace period will be honored if you are running late to your appointment. After 10 minutes your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the cancellation policy will apply. NO ADDITIONAL GUEST For liability purposes and to optimize your experience, I ask that you please do not bring extra people/children or pets to your appointment. PAYMENT METHODS Cash | Zelle | Visa | Apple Pay 2 WEEK WAITING PERIOD To ensure the best results from your treatment, please avoid excessive sun exposure and tanning beds for 2 weeks before and after your facial appointment. Please discontinue the use of active skincare products and treatments for 2 weeks prior to your appointment, including exfoliants, AHAs/BHAs, retinols/Vitamin A, tretinoin, facial waxing, and facial injectables. Please come with no makeup on. I do have a little dog that is hypoallergenic and loves to see you all too!!
